JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB: HUMAN RESOURCE ADMIN
Location: M.M.B Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5, Jalan Penrissen
JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees up-to-date. (Attendance and Leave record)
- Serve as point of contact with employees and employer, Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies in job portals, identifying candidates, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
- Perform orientations and update records (Personal files) of new staff.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Setting up / Updating / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
- The Standard Operating Procedures within departments are performed in a good manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma's in human resources or related
- At Least 2 years of experience as an HR assistant.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Excels and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
