Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the training center.
  • Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of internal and external training programs.
  • Identify and analyse the training needs in accordance with the client needs.
  • Research and identifying potential clients and market opportunities within the training industry.
  • Assess the impact of the training activities on the achievement of development plan objectives.
  • Monitor training budget and manage HRDF fund and claim related matters.
  • Coordinate and conduct orientation for new hires.
  • Coach new trainers.
  • Source trainers with relevant qualifications who directly align with the specific needs of our training programs.

 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related training experience, particularly in corporate industry.
  • Must be HRD Corp accredited trainers.
  • Possessing a professional training certification would be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Affluent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Possess knowledge of learning pedagogies, learning management systems and managerial / leadership development.
