Well-verse pertaining to various laws and regulations especially company laws and labour laws.
Draft, prepare, review and advise on agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
Handle enquiries or issues related to legal matters, provide legal opinions and proposals for resolution of legal issues.
Manage and coordinate litigation matters, reviewing court documents and liaising with external solicitors in respect of litigation matters involving the Group.
Conduct legal research and keep abreast with development or updates in the relevant laws and regulations applicable to business.
Carry out any other duties as and when directed by HOD.
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal position.
Good command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills with high level of integrity and confidentiality.
