We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Admin cum Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the business while also assisting with personal tasks for the executive team. To be based in either Kuching or Sibu.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested
  • Assist with personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and household management
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters

 


Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Must be able to travel as and when needed
