Presently, we are seeking a National Sales Manager to become an integral component of our journey. In this role, you will assume a pivotal position in shaping and executing our national sales strategies, leading a team of dedicated sales professionals, nurturing substantial client relationships, and ensuring the successful accomplishment of revenue objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing national sales strategies.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to our sales team in East Malaysia & West Malaysia.
  • Identifying fresh opportunities for market expansion.
  • Overseeing the sales budget, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Cultivating robust client relationships.
  • Collaborating with various departments to harmonise sales efforts with company objectives.

Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrable evidence of accomplishments in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership and communication competencies.
  • A commitment to remaining informed about trends in the FMCG market in Malaysia.
