Job Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse financial data
Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
Analyses and explains variances between forecasts and actual results
Forecast financial results and tracking actuals for cost accounting lines
Audit expenses and find ways to make operations more cost-efficient
Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
Estimate product costs for existing and new products
Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
Conduct market research to support future business planning
Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
Work with key stakeholders to identify project risks and track them
Prepare reports such as costing report and inventory report to help management make better decisions

Job Requirements:

Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent
Member of CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA/MIA/ACCA/CPA
Minimum 3 to 5 years related working experience preferably in costing/analytics or account/auditing, etc.
Prefer with experience in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Trading sector
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to communicate with employees/vendors
Knowledgeable in use of Ms Office application, especially Excel, capability to handle large amount of data and with analytical skills
Excellent ability for problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimisation
Ability to adapt to the needs of the company with various ad-hoc analysis skills
